Soft-mount Design & 380 G-force Extract
Pro-Series Washers are soft-mount machines that feature a unique dual frame design and Auto-Balance System. As a result, Pro-Series machines reach G-force extraction speeds almost four times greater than many standard "hard-mount" washers.

Easy Installations
Pro-Series’ freestanding design eliminates the "hard-to-mount" requirement of bolting the machines onto a re-bar reinforced concrete foundation. The suspension system absorbs up to 95 percent of the vibration during extract — cushioning and protecting the machine. Loose frames and frequent maintenance checks of bolts and grout are eliminated. In addition, the life expectancy of a soft-mount washer can be significantly greater than hard-mount models due to reduced stress on machine components, including the frame, bearings, cylinder and shaft.

Unique Features

Single Piece Bearing Housing
A heavy-duty single-piece bearing housing increases structural integrity and extends bearing life. Outside elements such as moisture, dirt and lint are kept away from the shaft and more importantly the bearings.

The housing is solid mounted to the floating inside module which significantly decreases vibration and bearing load stress that is caused by load-energy transfer.

G-Drive Technology
Continental's G-Drive™ Technology allows for greater machine efficiency by reducing electrical draw up to 70 percent during start-up--simplifying installation. The number of electro-mechanical parts is much less than competitor models, making Pro-Series units easier to maintain and service.

G-Drive technology also gives select models adaptability to 120-volt, single phase draws.

No Sump Design
Pro-Series Washers feature a unique no-sump design that decreases the amount of water consumption significantly when compared to competitor models. Less water used means less water to heat-reducing energy, water, and sewer costs.

Optional water reclamation can further reduce cycle costs by up to 35% throughout the life of the machine.

Suspension System
Pro-Series Washer-Extractors feature a unique dual-frame design and heavy-duty suspension system that absorbs up to 95% of the vibration during extract.

Structurally Reinforced Frame
The frame on Pro-Series™ Washers is structurally reinforced allowing for longer machine life and high spin speed. Built using an advanced robotic welding process for superior machine strength, the frame is finished with primer and highly resistant epoxy paint.
