For high-volume laundries, Continental’s Pro-Series Heated-Chest Flatwork Ironers — in steam or oil — are ideal. Available in multiple finishing widths and up to three 32-inch diameter rolls, Continental's F32 Ironers offer unmatched durability, flexibility and finishing results.

From Washer to Ironer
Like Continental roll ironers, Pro-Series Heated-Chest Ironers enable one-pass finishing without dryer conditioning. Perforated cylinders and a polished steel ironing bed provide uniform pressure while maintaining consistent moisture exhaust. An extractor fan at each cylinder shaft effectively pulls evaporated moisture away from fabric, improving production and ironing quality.

An Ironer that Grows with Your Operation
By offering one-, two-, or three-roll options, the F32 is designed to meet the production needs of growing laundries. As rolls are added to the ironer, fabric moves across the machine's heated bed at greater speeds — drying and finishing linens faster. Since rolls can be added at any time, laundries can  meet future demand without reinvesting in a new machine or suffering a labor increase.  Plus, F32 models are compatible with most feeding, folding and stacking equipment, further boosting production and decreasing labor costs.

Unmatched Durability!
Like all Continental products, Pro-Series Heated-Chest Ironers are built for longevity, as is evident in Continental’s industry best 5/3 year limited factory warranty. The ironer’s frame is constructed of high-quality carbon steel with custom fiberglass endplates. An easy-to-clean and durable epoxy finish further protects the ironer from moisture and resulting corrosion.
 

Extractor Fan
At each cylinder shaft, an extractor fan pulls evaporated moisture away from fabric. This feature, together with the ironers perforated cylinders, enables linen to be fed directly from the washer to the ironer - maximizing production and finish quality.

Safety Rails
 Handrails and a walkway to the machine top ensure safety when accessing machine components. Other standard safety features of the F32 Ironer include: a fixed tray for item feeding; switch disconnect; emergency stops; and a hand guard.

Cylinder
Pro-Series Heated-Chest Ironers utilize perforated cylinders and a polished steel ironing bed to provide uniform pressure on linens while maintaining consistent suction and moisture exhaust. This ironing process enables one-pass finishing without the need for dryer conditioning.

Control
All Continental F32 Ironers come standard with the Continental Microprocessor Control. The control enables complete programmability of a multitude of variables that provide the most efficient performance and flexibility. Advanced Drive System
The F32 is constructed to combat rising energy costs with an advanced drive system designed to consume only the energy required to operate the ironer. Nothing, as a result, is wasted during start-up, operation or cool-down. Plus, ironing speed is efficiently and accurately controlled using less energy thanks to the ironer's unique speed inverter, encoder and versatile microprocessor.
